In 2560, Bangkok has economic value at 5.0 trillion Baht. The most in all provinces of the country.

But as many know, the Eastern region is the most cluster industrial estate sector.

Information from Thailand's Industrial Estate says that there are 59 industrial estates in Thailand in 18 provinces nationwide.

But 27 industrial estate or 46 % from the total number is located in Rayong and Chonburi.

In Rayong, there are 12 industrial estates and in Chonburi, there are 15 industrial estates.

For Rayong, the industrial estate driven in Rayong province is Maptaphut Industrial Estate. It is the location of many industrial plants such as oil distillery, petrochemical plant, power plant with 124 industrial estate factory.

Another industrial estate that many people know is the immortal industrial estate located in Rayong and Chonburi. It is the location of important industrial plants such as automotive parts, electronic parts, machinery, plastic products with factory in immortal industrial estate in Rayong and Chonburi. This 3 provinces are important to the industrial sector of the country. It provides jobs, income generating for many workers and business sector.

But the other side is interesting how most of the income is spread to normal people. It has to be admitted that most of the money will flow into factory or big companies in the province.

Meanwhile, many people need to go out of the house. We have to go away from family to work and earn money in these 3 provinces because we can't find a job in the hometown province. Or we can find money

In addition, the question that challenges policy makers is what other provinces besides these 3 provinces are.

How to spread civilization and create more jobs to other areas.
So that the rest of the provinces don't have to be jealous of these 3

大市飄忽未定，市場仍在等待貿易戰的最新發展，我們待關稅清單公布後才為大家分析。本週為大家跟進大市及美國的最新資訊，到底下半年會如何發展？

撰文時，貿易戰方面的詳細清單仍未公布，可是市場在多月的貿易衝突下，資金不少逃離了股市。根據Bloomberg的Smart Money Flow Index顯示，資金流由高位大幅回落，現時的水平已是看2011年來的低位，即歐債危機發生的水平，反映出市場對貿易戰的恐慌及戒心。

另一方面，本週公布了美國聯儲局上次議息會議紀要，表明將繼續漸進式加息。可是亦特意提到關於市場風險的問題，如利率將在明年某個時候處於或高於他們預期的目標水平，到時候經濟或出現風險。另外，關注歐洲和一些新興市場經濟體的政治和經濟形勢變化，或是經濟增長和通脹“下行風險”﹔相關聯儲官員擔心貿易政策的風險，令經濟未能如預期般增長，需要密切留意。

回到股市方面的分析，早前街頭智慧為大家拆解過上半年跟下半之間的關係。首先是波幅方面，恆指上半年雖在創出新高後調頭下跌，但其實只是下跌了3.22%。不過以統計來說，這個跌幅是低於平均值，更低於減去一個標準差(更正﹕片段中應是＜-0.99%一欄)。從機率來看，恆只有37.5%於下半年上升，平均還要跌8.39%。而幅度方面，恆指上半年下跌的交易日為52天，剛好少於平均值減去一個標準差，下半年上升機率為66.67%，平均升幅為20.45%。總結而言，其實上半年的表現並不差，主要是加息步伐及貿易戰方面影響，令股市現時處於下風，若事件開始平息下來，經濟有望重新上嗆，股市亦有望跟隨。

最後是經濟上行週期時，股市卻出現下跌情況的統，主因是技術層面上有機會出現不同步。加上經濟並非平穩的上升，有時候會跟預期出現落差及危機，會從股市中反映出來。從統計上，由2009年開始，經濟開始從谷底反轉，但恆指幾乎每年均出現一次較大型的下跌。數字來看，平均下跌的幅度達15%之上，除了去年股市走勢強勁下，跌幅並不明顯，其他年份均會出現超過10%的跌幅。而跌市的長度規模則大約是3個月左右，約80天的交易日。現時的下跌規模其實並不突出，但貿易戰一再拖延令跌市的時間拉長，亦令投資氣氛低下，還望相關衝突可盡快化解。
