【Startup Global Program】Networking event @Boston
Garage+ introduced the Startup Global Program at Cambridge Innovation Center last night. Led by Felix Ho, the Vice Chairman of Epoch Foundation and Chairman of the YFY Holdings Co., we invite 50 industry leaders, venture partners, and Garage+ entrepreneurs from Taiwan to network with 100+ entrepreneurs in Boston area. Dr. Ted Chang, CTO of Quanta Computer, shared the success story of their work with the Canadian start-up, ImmerVision. Edward Shen, COO of Yulore(a Beijing-based company) and Founder of Storysense Computing, alumni of MIT Media Lab, shared his start-up experience of how he worked in Boston, Taipei, and Beijing.
Startup Global Program is currently accepting applications by Oct. 23rd. This program will sponsor fellows from startups to visit Taiwan for 10 days. Garage+ will sponsor the flight tickets and accommodations, and facilitate the startups to participate in a series of activities to meet with international companies, investors, and business partners.

Garage+昨晚於美國波士頓最大創業中心Cambridge Innovation Center舉辦Startup Global Program說明會及交流活動。 由時代基金會副董事長&永豐餘集團何奕達董事長領軍，Garage+邀請50位台灣產業代表、創投與成功創業家與近百位波士頓地區新創團隊進行交流。活動中，廣達電腦技術長張嘉淵博士特別分享台灣企業協助國際新創公司的成功案例，北京電話邦營運長/StorySense Computing沈育德創辦人亦分享了他在美國、中國以及台灣的創業營運經驗以及台灣的優勢。
Startup Global Program將於12/5-12/15邀請國際團隊來台，提供機票、住宿、1對1企業會議、資金媒合及工作空間等機會，協助國際團隊接軌台灣資源。計畫詳細資訊連結如下，報名至10月23日截止，歡迎分享！
