While exam revision is important, it is also equally important to relax, eat and be happy! The big girl loves chocolate so I surprised her with this signature Chocolate Mousse Dome from 1more.bite and we were blown away by how delicious it tasted.
Made of 55% Belgium dark chocolate mousse coated with a chocolate mirror glaze and sprinkled with gold flakes, this was the perfect choice for our tea break. The mousse is rich, moist and chocolatey with just the right amount of sweetness. While the filling contains raspberry, the bottom chocolate sponge has chocolate nibs which make every bite of the dome not just tasty but interesting too.
Her reaction was "Yummy, 很好吃!" as her eyes lit up and she took bite after bite. Yup, we definitely love this and give it a thumbs up! Hopefully she has more motivation to carry on studying for her PSLE after the yummy treat, woohoo!

順便飲手沖啡又食埋甜品
唔使排隊仲可以hea足3小時

我喜歡 Fruity,佢推介 Ninety Plus Drima Zede
帶有無花果、黑朱古力及丁香味道
混合發酵處理法,乾香帶點腐乳味
沖煮後,熱/溫/冷時喝得到明顯的微酸帶甜->順滑層次
之後再試試 Ice Drip 及 Nutella Latte
Nutella Latte 並不如想飲般的甜,可可味比較重
Ice Drip 冰釀咖啡(不知道為什麼會再加冰)
有酒感又不會酸苦就是合格
甜品方面我哋4個女生分享咗:

- Strawberry Mango Cheesecake
- Canele 及 Mini Praline Finger
味道方面 Praline Finger 及 Strawberry Cheesecake 都唔錯

酥餅類就全部即點即加熱
不過店內沒有熱食如全日早餐或意粉
比較飽肚的只有三文治或雞扒/燒牛肉沙律等輕食
*值得一提是門口有兩大個 pet friendly 位置
牆上有"勾狗帶"扣位十分貼心
而且有瓦遮頭,落雨也不怕

I made a Hello Kitty cake using a die-cut lunch box.This is the second cake using a lunch box, following the Rilakkuma cake I made before(what?! 7 years ago!). https://youtu.be/KyPj0ebCFtk
*recipe*
1.Make the face parts with a chocolate pen.
Make the mousse (you'll have leftover dough).
2.Cut the store-bought sponge cake into smaller pieces than the mold.
3.Whisk 100g of fresh cream 70% firmly.
4.Soak 5g of powdered gelatin with 30g of water.
5.Put 2 egg yolks, 100g of milk and 30g of granulated sugar in a small pan and heat over low heat while mixing.
6.When it gets a little thick, remove it from the heat.
7.Add (4), mix and strain.
8.Chill (7) in ice water until it thickens to the same consistency as the cream in (3).If it becomes too thick, put it in a water bath for a few seconds to loosen it.
9.Add (3) and mix.
10.Pour (9) into the mold. Put (2) in between.
11.Place in the freezer to harden.
12.When it hardens, warm the mold with hot water for about 20 seconds, take it out on a net, and cool it in the freezer.
Make the glaze (you will have about half of it left over).
13.Chop 100g of white chocolate.
14.Sprinkle 6g of powdered gelatin into 20g of water.
15.Put 30g of water, 75g of granulated sugar and 80g of condensed milk in a small pan and bring to a boil.
16.Remove from heat and stir in (14) until melted.
17.Add (13) and mix until melted. Let it cool a little.
18.Pour (17) over (12).
19.Decorate with chocolate parts from (1).
20.Done.
I realized that white chocolate is not really white. Hello Kitty turned out creamy. Sorry about that.

ダイカットお弁当箱を使ってキティちゃんのケーキを作りました。以前作った(えっ!7年前!)リラックマケーキ https://youtu.be/KyPj0ebCFtk に続き、お弁当箱を使ったケーキの第2弾です。
*レシピ*
1.チョコペンで顔のパーツを作る。
ムースを作ります(生地は余ります)
2.市販のスポンジを型よりひとまわり小さく切っておく。
3.生クリーム 100gを七分立てにしておく。
4.粉ゼラチン 5gを水 30gでふやかしておく。
5.小鍋に卵黄 2個、牛乳 100g、グラニュー糖 30gを入れ、混ぜながら弱火にかける。
6.少しとろみが付いたら火から下ろす。
7.(4)を加え混ぜ、濾す。
8.(7)を氷水で冷やしながら(3)の生クリームと同じくらいのとろみを付ける。
とろみが付き過ぎたら、数秒 湯煎にかけゆるめる。
9.(3)を入れ混ぜる。
10.型に(9)を流し入れる。間に(2)を挟む。
11.冷凍庫で固める。
12.固まったら型ごと20秒ほどお湯で温めて網の上に取り出し、冷凍庫で冷やしておく。
グラサージュを作ります(半量程度余ります)
13.ホワイトチョコレート 100gを刻んでおく。
14.水 20gに粉ゼラチン 6gを振り入れておく。
15.小鍋に水 30g、グラニュー糖 75g、練乳 80gを入れ沸騰させる。
16.火からおろし(14)を入れ溶けるまで混ぜる。
17.(13)を加え溶けるまで混ぜる。少し冷ます。
18.(12)に(17)をかける。
19.(1)のチョコレートパーツを飾る。
20.でけた。
ホワイトチョコってほんとのホワイトじゃないのを痛感。クリーム色になっちゃったキティちゃん。ごめんね。

Resepi Agar-Agar Cermin Buah
Bahan-bahan (Agar-agar Putih)
1 paket serbuk puding vanila
1 liter air
Bahan-bahan (Agar-agar Buah)
1 paket serbuk agar-agar
1 liter air
1 cwn gula
buah tembikai
buah tembikai susu
buah strawberi
buah limau tin
buah laici tin
Cara memasak
1. Agar-agar Putih: Didihkan air dan masukkan serbuk puding vanila. Kacau sebati dan tuangkan larutan tersebut ke dalam acuan.
2. Keraskan agar-agar tersebut sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam.
3. Potong agar-agar putih dan susun semula agar-agar tersebut ke dalam acuan.
4. Masukkan buah-buahan dan agar-agar putih yang telah di potong secara berselang-seli ke dalam acuan.
5. Agar-agar Buah: Didihkan air, masukkan serbuk agar-agar dan gula ke dalam periuk. Masak sehingga gula larut.
6. Tuangkan larutan ni ke dalam acuan tadi.
7. Keraskan semula selama 30 minit – 1 jam sebelum dihidangkan.
8. Agar-Agar Cermin Buah siap untuk dihidangkan.

This dessert texture is very 'seductive'. The mirror glaze cosists with various colors from several fresh fruits. Imagine when it is eaten cold, definitely very yummy and tasty!
Glass Fruit Pudding Recipe
Ingredients (White Jelly)
1 packet vanilla pudding powder
1 liter water
Ingredients (Fruits Jelly)
1 packet agar-agar powder
1 liter water
1 cup of sugar
watermelon
honeydew
strawberries
canned mandarin
canned lychee
Cooking methods
1. White Jelly: Boil water and add in vanilla pudding powder. Stir well and pour the mixture into the mold.
2. Set the agar-agar for at least 1 hour.
3. Cut the white part and arrange it back into the mold.
4. Pour the fruit jelly mixture into and add in selection of fruits that have been cut.
5. Fruits Jelly: Boil water, add in agar-agar powder and sugar into the pot. Cook until sugar dissolves.
6. Pour this mixture into the previous mold.
7. Set them back for 30 minutes – 1 hour before serving.
8. Glass Fruit Pudding is ready to be served.
