Resepi Kek Marble Gebu dan Super Fluffy
Bahan-bahan:
1 cawan butter cair@majerin cair (masukkan nanti siap mix dan kacau sebati)
6 biji telur gred B (kalau boleh guna telur baru, kalau kita pecahkan tu telur kuning tak pecah
3/4 cawan gula kastor (dekat nk sampai 1 cawan)
1/2 sudu kecil KFC garam halus vaccum
1/2 cawan susu cair @ santan pekat (wani guna susu cair dairy champ je)
1 sudu kecil creamy vanila atau butter vanilla atau esen vanilla pun boleh(wani guna creamy vanilla)
1 sudu besar ovalette
1 sudu besar baking powder
1/2 cawan susu tepung full cream (letak susu anak pun boleh..😅)
2 cawan tepung gandum
Bahan untuk corak marble:
1 senduk adunan kek
1 sudu besar serbuk koko
1 sudu kecil emolco coklat
Cara penyediaannya:
Masukkan semua bahan dalam bekas mix, kcuali majerin cair
Mula-mula mix slow 1 minit (no.2) bagi sebati dulu, lepas tu Wani mix laju 3 minit (no.4@5) sampai gebu (bergantung pada mixer masing-masing ye lama mana nak jadi gebu tu). Bila tengok adunan dah gebu gebas berubah warna cerah makin putih sikit tu ok la boleh stop..
Masukkan majerin cair, dan kacau sehingga sebati (kaup balik je dengan sodik kayu) (Tips: Pastikan majerin cair tu suam-suam sikit, suam macam bancuh susu kat baby je.. Untuk nak hasilkan texture kek yang lembab kita makan tu tak rasa nak tercekik😆)
Ceduk 1 senduk adunan kek letak dalam mangkuk, masukkan serbuk koko dan emolco coklat. Kacau sehingga sebati, ok siap adunan coklat untuk corak marble
Tuangkan adunan dalam loyang saiz 9" atau saiz 10" yang dah siap letak majerin, nak tinggi cantik guna loyang saiz 9"
Tompok-tompokkan adunan coklat kat bahagian atas kek, guna lidi buat gerakan S lalu kat semua bahagia
