Still has 6kg of fat need to cut. 6kg fat means solid fat not 6kg of weight. Weigh consist of water, bones, fat and muscle. But to loose fat is aint as easy as to loose weight
I had the best time at the #mostglam2019 the other night. The theme was white fantasy and at the very last minute @melindalooi happily agreed to dress me up. I’ve been so busy the past couple of weeks that I completely forgot that I had nothing to wear for the event. Thank goodness for good friends! Love you Mel!
