夏灣拿 Havana│攝影師為愛搬到古巴。創一元義式 PIZZA
資深義藉攝影師因工作邂逅了古巴藉女生Papa，為了愛，搬到古巴夏灣拿，還以Papa的名字開了這家義式料理 - La Papa。看來義大利人的浪漫不是裝的呢~
無意中經過這新開的、不怎麼起眼的小店，我是被那 1元 (cuc) 迷你 PIZZA 吸引住的，隨口問了句：有純素的嗎？老闆說他們是新營業，還在研究菜式，餐單上沒有純素。但是！他可以立馬做出來！聽到後既興奮又擔憂，擔心著會不會踩到地雷 😅
PIZZA 真的很迷你，比一個巴掌大一點點，但作為下午茶我覺得很夠！這 PIZZA 讓我們挺驚訝的，比想像的好吃太多了，而且不知為何總覺得有cheese的香味，再三地跟老闆確認是純素 (vegan) 的喔！
第二天，老闆做了一個限定料理 (special) - Gnocchi (6.5cuc)，是義大利其中一種麵食 (pasta)，馬鈴薯是主要成份。看上去很簡單，味道非常出色，應該要每天提供啊！La Papa 馬上升級到我在夏灣拿最愛的餐廳，因此最後一天我們把剩下的錢都花在這裡，吃了個大 PIZZA (5.25cuc)，滿足地離開了~

A senior photographer encountered Cuban girl Papa because of work. For love, he moved to Havana, Cuba, and opened this Italian cuisine - La Papa under the name of Papa. It seems that the Italian romance is REAL ~
Inadvertently passing by this newly opened, unremarkable little shop, I was attracted by the 1cuc mini PIZZA. I asked casually: Is it vegan? The boss said that they are new business, still studying the dishes, there is no vegan on the menu. BUT! He can make one immediately! When I heard it, I was excited and worried 😅
The PIZZA is really mini, a little bigger than a palm, but I think it's enough as an afternoon tea! This PIZZA surprised us a lot. It was so much tastier than expected, and somehow I always feel the smell of cheese. I have repeatedly confirmed with the boss that it is vegan!
The next day, the boss made a special dish - Gnocchi (6.5cuc), which is one kind of pasta in Italy. Potato is the main ingredient. It looks very simple but tastes great. It should be provided every day! La Papa immediately upgraded to my favorite restaurant in Havana, so on the last day we spent the rest of the money here, had a big PIZZA (5.25cuc) and left with satisfaction ~
