你知道每年大約1,200 萬噸的塑膠進入海洋，而且需要幾百年才能被分解，因為人類的便利，導致海龜、鯨魚、海豚和成千上萬的魚都得吃塑膠，最後再回到人體內，怎麼想都殘忍又可憐。追蹤我一段時間的粉絲知道我是個環保控，對於一次性塑膠產品非常排斥，之前帶千川去淨灘看到到處都是殘破的塑膠製品，他們也非常震驚，一起加入減塑行列！淨灘無法天天去，減塑卻可以時時做。​

減塑生活其實不難，最簡單就從
#自備購物袋 和 #拒用保鮮膜 開始。

現在有許多品牌致力於推出時尚又環保的用品，不僅保護環境，也讓生活便利。今天要跟大家力推的品牌『英國KIND BAG環保袋』，就是陪著我生活採購、輕便旅遊同時減塑愛環境的摯愛！​

之前常被粉絲問到「為什麼帶小孩出門，包包還可以這麼小？」「明明小孩的東西就很多，怎麼可以看起來很輕便？」都因為我包包或車上一定隨身備有KIND BAG，有特大、中、小三種尺寸。

先前去日本滑雪旅行時，進出寒冷戶外和暖氣室內，大人小孩外套又穿又脫，我都丟進特大的KIND BAG，不用兩手一直抱著全家的外套，還可以跟老公輪流背，連他都直呼環保袋是我們那趟旅行的救贖。

​中型的我就隨身攜帶外出和採買用，穿的漂漂亮亮，包包中拿出兩個環保袋，就可以裝回全家一週食材。

小的現在千川則拿來裝上學必備的餐具，弄到油洗碗時一起洗一洗，很快乾隔天還能繼續用。​

『拒用保鮮膜』在我們家已經行之有年，之前也分享過我使用蜂蠟布來保鮮醃料食材或是發酵麵團，每次用個幾小時或一兩天就要丟棄的保鮮膜，也是環境的負擔。前後用過幾個不同牌子的蜂蠟布，這次合作才接觸到的『日本aco wrap蜂蠟布』使用日本岐阜縣蜂巢中的蜂蠟油與有機棉製成，材質輕薄不過黏很好清理，包裹器皿保鮮剩菜，或是直接包剩餘的半顆洋蔥、紅蘿蔔等食材也很方便。蜂蠟布使用完用冷水洗淨，放在自然乾燥的通風處就可以，一塊重複使用半年到一年是沒有問題的，當蜂蠟布失去做用，有機棉布也可拿來當清潔廚房的棉布，完整使用不浪費。​

環保用品要我介紹，我真的可以講上一天一夜，因為實在是太重要了！多一個人加入減塑環保的行列，我們的環境就減輕負擔一些些！每次分享介紹自己喜歡的好物時，我真心抱著需要的人才購買，不需要就看看當吸收新知，千萬不要買不用的東西，更造成環境負擔。但這次團購的環保袋和蜂蠟布，真的很希望大家都入手！還沒開始減塑生活的你一起加入，如果你已經開始減塑生活，這兩個品牌也是質感更好和更美觀的選擇。希望我們在享受生活美好和便利的同時，也能好好愛護地球，減少一次性使用，共同減少地球上所製作出的垃圾。最後，無論這次團購有沒有吸引你，也真心呼籲，拜託大家不要再用一次性的塑膠袋和保鮮膜，非不得已請重複使用妥善回收。我們都希望家中整齊乾淨，但也不要把塑膠堆到海豚和海龜的家裡呀！​
