สำหรับ ELEX II นี้ จะเป็นภาคต่อที่มีการสานต่อเรื่องราวจากภาคแรก เราจะได้หวนคืนสู่โลกของวิทยาศาสตร์ / ไซไฟแฟนตาซีอีกครั้ง ด้วยสภาพแวดล้อมขนาดใหญ่ของดินแดน Magalan รวมไปถึงมี Jetpack เอาไว้เคลื่อนที่ไปมาได้อย่างอิสระ

เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับ Jax หลังจากเอาชนะ Hybrid ได้แล้ว ภัยคุกคามใหม่จากฟากฟ้าก็มาถึง และพวกมันต้องการจะปลดปล่อยพลังอันตรายของ ELEX อีกครั้ง ทำให้ทุกชีวิตบนโลกตกอยู่ในอันตราย Jax จึงต้องกลับมาปฏิบัติภารกิจอีกครั้ง

ELEX II ยังไม่ระบุวันวางจำหน่ายที่ชัดเจน แต่จะลงให้กับเครื่อง PC, PS4, PS5, XBOX One, XBOX Series X
