80g Pasta
60g smoked salmon
1/2 garlic
1tbsp olive oil
1 mushroom
50g Shimeji
1tbsp white wine
100cc fresh cream
30g spinach
10g Parmigiano Reggiano
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp EV olive oil

●smoked salmon
120g salmon
some salt and pepper
15g oak chips

300g of white rice
1500ml of　chicken stock
200ml of whole tomatoes
2tbsp olive oil
50ml of white wine
20g of butter
20g of Parmesan cheese
some salt and pepper
30g of cheese
an egg
30ml of milk
some flour
some breadcrumbs
some oil
some broccoli
dry pearly

●tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic
3tbsp olive oil
1/2 of carrot
1/2 of onion.
150ml of red win
400ml of water
600ml of whole tomatoes
2pieces of bay leaf
some salt and pepper
※cooking time：80min　 cost：218yen calorie：641cal salt：2.4ｇ
