Working in a restaurant for the very first time can be a little intimidating and almost disastrous for me. :P hehe. But on the bright side, I get to learn how to make Lei Cha & a few tips on running a restaurant! I must say that it was a pretty messy start but I guess it turned out alright. :)

擂茶，是日常食肆所見，最接近「藥膳」的養生美食，是咱們客家人的鎮山之寶。
老人家說做人吶，吃苦當吃補，貼切地形容了這道食物，既療癒也療飢。那一碗浮盪著綠色渣滓的濃稠湯汁，看似苦的，喝進嘴裡卻是香的，味道久久不散，連打飽嗝都很環保，絕不增加地球二氧化碳的排放量。
吃擂茶，可說是集生津止渴、滋補養顏於一身。但口說無憑，這麼廉呷又好康的東西，當然要找一位美若天仙，讓人缺氧斷氣的絕世大美女──《2012年Astro华裔小姐》冠军Denise陳楚寰小姐，為電視機前的觀眾捧上一碗碗水噹噹的擂茶大補湯，讓人醒一醒腦。
可是慢著，咱們的特工，從仙界下凡到人間後，竟然水土不服，一路放空，空到觸地，七魂不見六魄，剩下的那一魂，自己也不小心弄丟了，所以烹煮程序丟三落四，顧客的樣子過目便忘，路人甲乙丙丁一律透明……唉！連師父都於心不忍地提醒：「小姐啊，這裡是人間，快醒一醒啊！」
看來，無敵的擂茶，終於遇到無敵的「雷人」，真是八字不合，徹頭徹尾被打敗了。老闆一個頭兩個大，但美女當前，又徒呼奈何。
