Working in a restaurant for the very first time can be a little intimidating and almost disastrous for me. :P hehe. But on the bright side, I get to learn how to make Lei Cha & a few tips on running a restaurant! I must say that it was a pretty messy start but I guess it turned out alright. :)

擂茶,是日常食肆所見,最接近「藥膳」的養生美食,是咱們客家人的鎮山之寶。
老人家說做人吶,吃苦當吃補,貼切地形容了這道食物,既療癒也療飢。那一碗浮盪著綠色渣滓的濃稠湯汁,看似苦的,喝進嘴裡卻是香的,味道久久不散,連打飽嗝都很環保,絕不增加地球二氧化碳的排放量。
吃擂茶,可說是集生津止渴、滋補養顏於一身。但口說無憑,這麼廉呷又好康的東西,當然要找一位美若天仙,讓人缺氧斷氣的絕世大美女──《2012年Astro华裔小姐》冠军Denise陳楚寰小姐,為電視機前的觀眾捧上一碗碗水噹噹的擂茶大補湯,讓人醒一醒腦。
可是慢著,咱們的特工,從仙界下凡到人間後,竟然水土不服,一路放空,空到觸地,七魂不見六魄,剩下的那一魂,自己也不小心弄丟了,所以烹煮程序丟三落四,顧客的樣子過目便忘,路人甲乙丙丁一律透明……唉!連師父都於心不忍地提醒:「小姐啊,這裡是人間,快醒一醒啊!」
看來,無敵的擂茶,終於遇到無敵的「雷人」,真是八字不合,徹頭徹尾被打敗了。老闆一個頭兩個大,但美女當前,又徒呼奈何。
