Greetings to everyone! I am Hua Vi Van, an actor from Vietnam 🇻🇳. I am writing to confirm that this is my only official Facebook page, with the blue verification badge. This is also my only presence on social media. Besides this Facebook page, and my manager’s company e-mail, I do not use any other communication channels. I am writing this to notify all of my international friends and followers, all the way from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Ecuador, South Africa, Australia, and so on. They are my international friends present on this Facebook page, who have informed me the presence of fake accounts representing my name, using my photos and personal data to engage in fraudulent actions. I regret that these issue have happened, and I sincerely hope that your loss has been recovered, or at least not too significant. As we live in a hi-tech era, I think we should always stay vigilant and be careful to trust anyone without proper evidence and verification of identity. We could verify an identity behind a Facebook account with such measures as video-calls, to find out whether the person behind the screen is truly your family members, friends or acquaintances, or not. My only advice to ones facing a significant damage is to seek help from authorized agents. Forces such as cybersecurity police could help identify the ones behind these frauds and schemes. Similar cases have been successfully resolved by Vietnam’s government before.
My hope is that, through these events, we will stay more alert and avoid any other similar issues. Hopefully, my local fans in Vietnam will be delighted to know that our international friends have finally been able to follow and communicate with the official account of a Vietnamese actor, and to get to know the person behind our favorite movies better personally. I am thankful of all your support for the movies I participate in and my work. I wish for you all the best and may health and happiness come to you. Love you all from my heart! Tôi có lời khuyên thế này, nếu những ai bị hại tổn thất ở mức độ nào đó nghiêm trọng nên trình báo với cảnh sát sở tại nước của bạn, tôi tin rằng cảnh sát an ninh mạng sẽ tìm ra hung thủ giấu mặt này mà chính phủ Việt Nam chúng ta đã từng làm được. THIS IS THE TRUE STORY.

There are two guys, one name Chow Yun Fat, another name Ng Man Tat. These people have become best friends from the beginning, they are from the beginning, they have become good friends, not good, count them very well.. work together, eat together, huha there together. I wish Chow Yun Fat was anywhere, there is Ng Man Tat. Ng Man Tat at the beginning of his career as an actor has already held many assistant characters who made his name a row with famous actors. In the new 20 s, Ng Man Tat has become famous in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

When you become very famous, money and fame come so easily. When he was carelessly dreamed of the world, he fell into the trap of women, alcohol and gambling. She became neglected and finally her negligence damaged her career journey as an actor. So, there are no more companies to take him to act and he fell down with HK$ 300,000 debt at that time.

When Ng Man Tat experienced a fall, different from his best friend Chow Yun Fat. Chow Yun Fat stands out to be the lead actor in Hong Kong era drama. Ng Man Tat the deadlines find a way out of his problem feels that his best friend will loan money because he is sure Chow Yun Fat will help him and will never let him go in trouble.

Ng Man Tat went to Chow Yun Fat and asked to borrow HK$ 300,000. But even Ng Man Tat didn't expect that Chow Yun Fat would say: ′′ You solved your own problem."
With upset, he remembered what Chow Yun Fat said to him. ′′ Chow Yun Fat is the human I hate the most in my life ′′ he said this to the media because he was pissed at Chow Yun Fat for letting him be in trouble. At that time it was difficult and squeezed in a stressful situation, until the Ng Man Tat was about to commit suicide.

Soon after, Ng Man Tat offered a role for a new film. He thinks it's a chance for him and he gives his best for the new film. And the movie got a celebration and broke the stage. Therefore, he did not only get to pay off his debt, he also received the best maid award in the 10. th Hong Kong film award.

Chow Yun Fat was there when he received the award and congratulate, but the Ng Man Tat didn't care about Chow Yun Fat at all. Chow Yun Fat just keep quiet while smiling at Ng Man Tat.
On stage, Ng Man Tat thanked the film director who gave him a chance, but the director said: ′′ I'm not the person you should be thankful for is Chow Yun Fat. Chow Yun Fat is the one who has been trying hard to recommend you to take you to act."

Ng Man Tat is like awake. He thinks he's the one who changed his life without the help of others. And only now he knows his best friend's intentions. Then he went to Chow Yun Fat, hugging his friend tightly.

′′ Why?" ask Ng Man Tat to Chow Yun Fat.
′′ If I give you money at that time, you won't try to change, you'll still spend that money to gambling and alcohol. So this way I can help you. Most importantly, you have proven that you have tried it as best as possible."

Moral of the story:
Want to help a friend not just give money, but by giving him a way or way to get out of that problem.

As an actor, one is trained to make things look “easy.” However, in reality, things are not often as glamorous as they appear.

I won the Best New Performer award at the 38th Hong Kong Film Awards for my role in “Still Human.” Whilst everyone was focusing on how “amazingly life changing” this would be, I did not have time to relish that moment. The socio-political challenges that beset our community in the past year has had a considerable impact on Baumhaus—the education enterprise which I founded to promote arts-in-education and play-based learning in Hong Kong.

My biggest lesson from all the challenges, has been a test of my values. Can you keep being positive when the surrounding is bleak? Can you stay fair, even when circumstances are not? Can you transform hurtful moments into anchors of strength? Are you willing to make tough decisions in order to “do the right thing”? And the obvious question—are you willing to rebuild everything you’ve lost, and do so without a single disclaimer or complaint?

The truth is, when resources become limited, you learn to drop the ego, and instead assess what truly matters to you.

There are weak moments of course, and I am still learning everyday – to always choose my mission over my ego. Selling out on my values and mission would only lead to the loss of my authenticity and, ultimately, joy.

In what seems to have been a then-impossible feat, I am emerging from the past year’s challenges—a bit wiser, and definitely stronger, I believe. When I look back at the past year, and also all the challenging times that I have encountered in my past, I look back with gratitude and a sense of pride. From whatever I had lost, my past has equipped me to rise above difficulties in life and especially during the COVID times to turn Baumhaus around towards a positive direction. I have gained a sense of kindness, empathy and resilience that I would not have experienced otherwise. Most of all, I have been able to see what is essential and true.

I value my role as an educator, and I know that if I hope for kindness, beauty and authenticity in the children I teach, I would have to live a life full of that example as well.

I am not a superwoman, but I am a woman who would keep choosing to pick myself up and start again no matter how many times life shoots me down.
