อันนี้พ่อบ้านแอบมาเตือนเฉยๆ โดยมีเจตนาเพื่อให้ระวังตัวในการเล่น Social media หรือทำ Website เฉพาะในยุโรปว่าให้ระวังเรื่องของการใช้รูปภาพไม่งั้น

"เดี๋ยวจะถูกปรับหรือติดคุกไม่รู้ตัว"

ถ้า Facebook ส่วนตัวอาจจะพอทำเนา(จริงๆ ก็ไม่ดีนะแต่เบากว่า) แต่ถ้าคนที่ทำเพจหรือมี​ Website ของตัวเองว่าในการใช้,ดัดแปลงรูปภาพข่าวหรือรูปภาพที่เราอาจจะค้นเจอใน Google นั้นต้องเช็คให้เรียบร้อยนะครับว่าเป็นภาพที่มีลิขสิทธิ์หรือไม่!!!!

ถ้าคุณนำภาพดังกล่าวมาใช้ถึงแม้ว่าจะมีวัตถุประสงค์ว่าไม่ได้ใช้เพื่อการค้า การพาณิชย์หรือใช้ในการประกอบโพสเฉยๆ ก็ถือว่ายังมีโอกาสที่จะผิดกฏหมายลิขสิทธิ์นะครับถ้าเขาตรวจพบ เพราะคุณยังไม่ได้แจ้งเจ้าของภาพหรือเจ้าของลิขสิทธ์ให้รับทราบต่อการใช้งานภาพดังกล่าว อย่างน้อยคุณต้องได้รับอนุญาตและให้ดีคือเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรก่อนนะครับ

พ่อบ้านต้องขอเตือนเพราะเดี๋ยวนี้เค้ามีระบบในการตรวจจับการใช้งานของภาพ และกฏหมายลิขสิทธิ์นี่ดุเดือดขนาดที่ตามไปฟ้องร้องถึงประเทศไทยจนถึงกับต้องเสียเงินเป็นมูลค่าถึง 8 แสนบาทเพียงเพราะใช้งานภาพเล็กๆ เพียงภาพเดียวใน Google ครับ

ดังนั้นพ่อบ้านจึงแนะนำให้คุณใช้ภาพที่คุณถ่ายเอง หรือไม่ก็ใช้ภาพจาก Website ที่แจกรูปภาพฟรีต่างๆ จะปลอดภัยที่สุดครับ สำหรับข้อมูลและตัวอย่าง Website ที่ให้บริการรูปภาพฟรีนั้นพ่อบ้านจะแปะ Link ไว้ด้านล่างให้นะครับ

不知道各位有沒有聽過figureneet這位日本原型師的故事,前陣子蠻紅的,右邊照片裡是他在2011年做的第一件作品,經過長時間的努力,三年後他成為了K-ON 5周年紀念的官方原型師,也就是左邊那張作品.端詳著這支便可以感受到這位原型師在這幾年間默默練出的苦功,非常激勵人心
