A study has shown that they can swim 4000 kilometres without stopping for food!

“Flamingo in Tropical Paradise”

Fun fact about flamingos. Do you know that Flamingos get their pink color from their food?
Flamingos really are what they eat (isn’t this same think like human too? 🤪).
Many plants produce natural red, yellow or orange pigments, called carotenoids. Carotenoids give carrots their orange color or turn ripe tomatoes red. They are also found in the microscopic algae that brine shrimp eat. As a flamingo dines on algae and brine shrimp, its body metabolizes the pigments — turning its feathers pink.

So what's the brouhaha about you ask?

After seeing many patients with weight-related chronic diseases at @rescusg, we realised a lot of the symptoms could have been prevented with some simple tweaks to their lifestyles. Most illnesses that our elderly folks suffer from right now are largely due to low activity level & unfavorable nutrition plans.

Over the last few years, we managed to help them improve their health conditions & some could even skip their regular medicines by just being aware of what's causing these health problems in the first place.

After writing the programme for them, we realised we could also share @Bobbystryker's extensive knowledge of weight loss with the rest of the world so we can all benefit from this & hopefully live longer for our loved ones.

So here we are -  8 months later with 3 scientific evidence-based programmes that we hope can help you become your own own celebrity coach, personal trainer, nutritionist & motivational speaker. I do have to emphasize that the books do not mince words. It is not a 1-week plan to become a VS model kinda programme. You do require perseverance, a mindset change & some elbow grease to be able to achieve your fat loss goals & keep the body of your dreams. We also do not encourage eliminating food groups or going into starvation mode.

Oh & fun fact! It is also my first time designing a website with mostly dark tones as I wanted to create the 80s gym vibes. I have to constantly remind myself to take note of the halation effect. Well I guess that contributed to the 8 months of work. Could have been 7. 🤪

One last day in Yilan, and today I decided to check out a restaurant I heard about. I was not disappointed! This place is unbelievable. It's a totally organic and locally sourced restaurant and grocery shop. In fact, most of the food served at this place was grown right on location in their beautiful and extensive garden. I spent the day exploring the premises, and had one of the most incredible lunches I've had in Taiwan. If you're in Yilan, you HAVE TO check this place out. It's great for couples and families. More than just a restaurant, this will make a nice afternoon visit. Suh great quality food and the staff are so friendly. Hope you have as much fun here as I did!
