這首歌的主要訊息是：這世界總是流傳著許多流言蜚語，而謠言終究只是謠言，我們需要具備過濾謠言、理性思考的能力，不要用片面之言來斷定一個素未謀面的人。

其實我真正寫這首歌的原因是希望自己不要害怕他人對我的看法，虛實與否都不要害怕。

但是我卻把歌寫成，“提醒大家不要輕易相信謠言”，換句話說，我希望有關於我的不好的言論、大家可以不要輕易相信，

這表示，我還是把我自己快樂與否的權利交給別人了，因為別人若相信有關我的謠言、我就會難過。

但是，我永遠都無法控制別人對我的看法，那是他們的自由，這樣不就表示，我永遠也無法感受到不擔心、安全的感受了？

自尊心超重+有被害妄想症的我，能不能把自己快樂與否的權利從別人身上放回自己身上呢？

其實可以，但是我需要每天不斷練習改變自己的思想方式，從一直著重在自己無法掌控的因素、轉成專心一致在自己能掌控的因素，從自己“沒有”什麼、轉成自己“擁有”什麼。慢慢學著感恩。

記得很久以前看了一個Ariana Grande的訪問

訪問者問說：Does it bother you that people assume you are much younger than your age just because you look shorter? 妳會因為人們覺得妳矮小，就以為妳是小朋友，而感到煩躁嗎？
Ari 回覆：No, I won’t focus on that. Because that way I’ll be giving in to my ego, and I wouldn’t be productive. 不會，我不會放我的注意力在這種事情上。因為如果我在乎別人這個看法，我就是輸給了我的自尊心，我就無法有效率的做我想做的事情了。

之前我都不懂她在說什麼，現在才恍然大悟🤣 自尊啊，自尊，很容易因為別人的看法而受傷，她受傷的時候，我的心情都會一團糟，忘記其實我擁有的很多，忘記我的時間好寶貴，不應該放在這種我根本無法掌控的因素上，

我每天可以一直唱歌、一直彈吉他、有家人朋友狗狗陪伴、有你們的支持與愛，我過得其實很爽...

不要把心思放在別人怎麼看我，
反過來放在自己怎麼看自己吧♥️

有人自己推翻自己寫的歌嗎🤣

雖然這首歌的核心價值有點問題，但還是一首好歌啊！超好聽（自己說🤣 陶山老師寫的曲就是爽聽啊！
