你今天有感覺到快樂的時候嗎？
快樂是個很廣義也很主觀的情緒，所以大部分的時候這個問題都沒有正確答案
最近我開始觀察自己意識到「啊～好快樂哦」的時候是因為什麼事情，
發現其實很多莫名其妙的事情都可以讓我感覺到「快樂」這個情緒（笑）
總之，這個影片是希望大家大家可以多留意會讓你感覺到「快樂」的事情
就我自己來說，當很多負面的事情發生時，就算有開心的事情發生也會被負面地解讀
很多時候我們被負面情緒給佔據、會覺得事事不順，脾氣也會暴躁
但其實退一步想，大部分的時候事情其實都沒有那麼糟糕，而且生活裡也有很多值得開心的時候！
這個影片的發想其實蠻不完整的，但我的表達能力可能目前就只能到這裡了
希望大家諒解～～（啊啊啊～～好羨慕會說故事的人哦。）
