As the prospect of a state of emergency and the suspension of Parliament looms, several opposition figures have offered Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin an alternative.
Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman got the ball rolling yesterday by proposing a "confidence-and-supply" arrangement.
In the Westminster system, a confidence-and-supply agreement is one whereby a party or lawmakers agrees to support the government on motions of confidence or supply (budget) bills, as opposed to a coalition arrangement where all member MPs are expected to vote in favour of the government on every bill.
While there are no examples of this in Malaysia, Syed Saddiq said such arrangements were seen in 1977 when the UK Labour Party formed such a pact with the Liberal Party and in 2017, when the Labour Party-New Zealand First coalition formed a pact with the Green Party.
Syed Saddiq's condition for such an arrangement was that no general elections should be held until the Covid-19 situation stabilises in a year or two, with the opposition still playing their role.
Secondly, he proposed equal constituency allocations for all MPs, thus removing the need for defections.
Lastly, Syed Saddiq called for bipartisan committees in the passing of important bills.
Doakan untuk Malaysia.
Pray for Malaysia.

There really is a lot I could say about this weekend.
How it came together, how it all went down, or any one of the hundreds of stories and memories that were made both on and off camera these last 48 hours. However, I still haven’t really slept yet, so if you could bear with me, I’m gonna save those for another time.
.
For now, I’d just like to send love to those who really stepped up this weekend.
.
First and foremost, to my brother Yaobai, none of this gets done without you. You are the strongest backbone anyone could ask for. But above any of the work, thank you for really understanding what it means to be a friend. You’re still an asshole though. Love you.
.
Secondly, Luo Yu, thank you for opening up your incredible space and allowing a couple of idiots to essentially throw a 48-hour party. You might have mental problems, but don’t worry, That’s My Shhh will cover the medical bills.
.
Thirdly, to every single artist/dancer/videographer/photographer/(and whatever A2DaC is 🤣) who gave us their time, effort and guarantee without asking for a single dollar up front, and even though for most of them, this wasn’t what they’re used to, they still stepped out of their comfort zone to do what they could to help out, thank you. If there’s anything any of you need from me, you have my number. Please feel free to use it at anytime.
.
And lastly to everyone around the world who got online and watched, shared and most of all, donated, thank you for making this event worthwhile. Thank you for sitting through all the streaming issues we had. Thank you for dealing with us forgetting we can’t keep turning up the music. 😅 Thank you to everyone in the chat that kept us company at all times. But most of all, thank you for understanding we’re all in this together, so we can get out of it together too.
.
Donations will continue to be received until the end of the week, so if you haven’t donated yet, but would still like to, please head over to this website for more details: https://www.zeczec.com/projects/that-s-my-shhh-presents-from-taiwan
.
p.s. Special thank yous to everyone who came to the studio to give me throat losanges, herbal teas, Pi Pa Gao, water, etc. and to A2DaC for being my alarm clark and second voice box, love you all very much. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

It is All Yours!
“But he answered his father, ‘Behold, these many years I have served you, and I never disobeyed a commandment of yours, but you never gave me a goat, that I might celebrate with my friends. But when this, your son, came, who has devoured your living with prostitutes, you killed the fattened calf for him.’ “He said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours.” (Luke 15:29-31 WEB)
Some of us are waiting passively for Abba God to hand us a goat (a lesser blessing—settling for less), when we are free to take a fattened calf and more, right now by faith!
Notice the older son’s mindset: he saw himself as a servant who was working to please a master, not a son who was loved by his father.
Although he was working hard for his father, his heart wasn’t with his father because he wanted the goat to celebrate with his friends, not to enjoy fellowship with his father.
After the many years of self-inflicted slavery, he couldn’t take it anymore when his younger brother who failed big-time came home without getting any scolding, but instead received a fattened calf and many gifts.
The older brother couldn’t even call him “brother”. He called his younger brother “your son”, showing his bitterness and anger towards his brother who he viewed as unworthy.
The older son represents a works-based Christian who is always trying to earn his own righteousness before God.
He serves and serves, not daring to request and receive the blessings he wants, because he has a religious mindset about God.
“God won’t bless me unless I am serving Him devotedly,” is one of the wrong beliefs such a Christian has.
Of course they don’t receive because they don’t ask. They are just passively waiting for God to hand them blessings, when they should take it now by faith.
The inevitable result is that they become angry at God for not seeming to appreciate their labors.
They also get angry and jealous when new Christians who aren’t serving God as diligently as them get abundantly blessed.
Works-based Christians despise Grace because they boast in how much they do for God—they don’t believe in freely receiving blessings by faith, through Jesus’ finished work at the cross.
But read what the father said: “Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours.”
Firstly, “son” establishes how Abba God views us. We are first of all His children, not primarily His servants. He wants to relate to us through sonship, not servanthood.
A father provides for his children because he loves them. It’s as simple as that.
Secondly, “you are always with me” shows that we don’t fall in and out of righteousness. We are eternally secure in Christ and we are always righteous in Abba God’s eyes.
Lastly, “all that is mine is yours” shows us that God is not restraining our blessings—He has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus.
ALL that belongs to Abba God is free for you to enjoy—as much as you want, whenever you want.
Why is this possible? Because Jesus paid your sin debt at the cross and you’re now perfectly righteous in Him.
How to receive every blessing? Through faith.
Know that Abba God is not holding anything back from you—get rid of all false religious beliefs that say you have to work to deserve your blessings.
Believe that He is more than willing to supply you with what you want, and confess that what you want to see is now happening.
Faith boldly takes now. Remember: you’re Abba God’s child, you’re always with Him, and all that is His is also yours!
In my new book “Messiah’s Miracles—The Power of Having Faith in Jesus Christ”, I expound on every one of Jesus’ 37 recorded miracles in the four gospels.
Each chapter is designed to ignite your faith and increase expectancy in your heart to receive miracles now.
I believe that as you see Jesus working miracles in the four gospels, unveiling God’s heart of love, goodness and mercy towards man, you will also receive faith to see miracles in every area of your life!
You will also be able to walk in the power of God when you expect to see the supernatural gifts in operation.
Testimonials for the book:
“One of my most trusted teachers has truly written a masterpiece. I can't put this book down.”
- Michael Clark, Highly Sought-After Preacher in USA
“Thank you, Milton for the anointed sharing of the 37 miracles of Jesus. Right from the 1st miracle, God dropped fresh revelations of His heart to me. It wasn't head knowledge that I experienced. I felt His personality, His loving heart's intents towards me. On top of that, there's also revelation of His healing power. Praise Jesus for transforming my heart and bringing me closer to Him through Milton's sharing.”

What my mother thinks: 2:27
Skip to the Viet Part: 8:00
First of all, never ever would I have thought I'd be back this soon, but yes, I was back in Vietnam the past month and filmed some great content for you guys that will be released in the weeks and months to come. Secondly, I will have a viewer meet, greet, and eat in Fullerton on the 19th. Details at FB.com/KyleLe.net
Please RSVP. Lastly, I'm going against my mother's wishes for now and will continue to make as many videos of Vietnamese people abroad as possible because of many reasons. First, this is my passion right now. Meeting and hearing people's stories of struggles and success gives me a lot of pride in being Vietnamese and how resilient we are. Secondly, I have a degree in history and I understand the importance of recording history. If we don't save or document history, it will be lost forever. The younger generations or the current ones unaware should at least know some history. They'll have a better understanding and respect for where they came from. Perhaps then, hearing experiences and stories from others will also motivate and inspire them. It certainly influenced me. And lastly, I hope to continue to fine tune and learn from this short documentary production art. It's a form of expression that I've been doing for years and always want to improve and make better videos. Certain opportunities have arisen from the past, and hopefully more might happen in the future. The only way I'll know is if I keep creating content that I am passionate about
However, I can't do this alone. I need your help in finding stories and sharing experiences. I'm a one person operation without a team or crew or partner. I am on my own, but I'm not truly alone. Your support in the past and recently has been highly noted and appreciated. It also motivated me to continue. If anyone can offer help in any way or stories, feel free to write me on http://www.fb.com/KyleLe.net
As much as I would love to meet all of you, please give me specifics and not just a come to (insert city here). I'm looking for specific stories of Vietnamese people or any people. It doesn't have to just be Vietnamese. It just has to be the right story and the right timing. Again, thank you for joining me on this journey. And mom, I'm sorry, just give me some more time.
