【哥倫比亞】在麥德林的 El Cielo 是一間高級哥倫比亞餐廳，專門把傳統食材與創新的烹飪方式結合起來❤️ 這間餐廳雖然沒有上 Top 100 但是在紐約卻有間分店🗽 代表食物有一定的水準🙂 很可惜主廚喜歡 surprises，因此這裡沒有菜單，所以吃了十一道菜後我也無法記得到底全部吃了什麼😅

菜單分為九道 NT$1100，十一道 NT$1400 以及十三道 NT$1700🍽️ 而配酒則是四種 NT$970 以及六種 NT$1300🍷 通常只差三百塊的話我們一定會點較多的那道，可是侍者說十三道那個並不是每種都能吃😲 這個餐廳講究刺激你所有的感官，所以也會讓你享受嗅覺👃 但反正我鼻子不好，既然不能吃，就不想點那麼多了😂

其中一道我們覺得很好玩，就是侍者在我們的手上倒熱巧克力，並加上咖啡豆讓我們舔乾淨 😆 不過這家餐廳的訂位系統真的是很爛！ 除了必須打電話訂位，接電話的人還不會講英文，有兩次我們被叫 Gringo（拉丁美洲人貶幅白人的字眼）並電話掛斷😑 結果到了餐廳每個人英文都很完美！ 那我們訂位怎麼會搞到那麼困難😠 除此之外餐廳的服務還不錯，但食物還是秘魯好吃😆 #哥倫比亞 #麥德林 #高級料理 #美食紀錄

Our first and only fine-dining experience during this trip❤️ El Cielo was recommended by my highschool foodie friend who said we must book in advance if visiting Medellin 😆 The booking process over the phone wasn't exactly smooth, we even got called "gringo" (white people) and got hung up twice😅

However for an 11 course degustation at AUD$65pp, you can't possibly go wrong😜 Especially they have a restaurant in New York too🗽 The concept here is all about exploring your senses, which includes licking hot chocolates off your fingers 😝

It was a fun night and reminded me how nice it was to eat in a restaurant with nice ambiance 🕯️ Sometimes I think travelling poor has made me realize I prefer a more comfortable lifestyle than a basic one🤔 #datenight #medellin #colombia
