好 既然你是要練雙槓上的活動能力
那 dip (臂屈伸) 肯定是一個你需要且不可替代的動作
我們來研究一下這個動作 這個動作其實大部分的情況是不太推薦的
"不是這個動作不好" 而是 "這個動作不容易做得好"
因為 這個動作會增加肩旋轉肌群的張力而這個部份是肩膀中最脆弱的區域
左方這個是一個壞的示範 徹底超伸肩膀 同時讓身體遠離中立位置
也許你為了吃到更多的下胸選擇了左邊這個動作
但同時讓你"肱二頭肌腱的長頭"為了維持肩膀穩定 緊繃到爆炸
右方則是對肩膀比較友善的位置 雖然身體依然離開了中立位置
但你的肌腱有在出力收縮 而非被你的體重壓在極限
再來身體要像圖中的人一樣前傾
為什麼？
因為身體和肱骨的夾角越大 你肩關節承受的力矩越長
所以保持一個前傾的姿態可以降低力矩造成的壓迫
如果無法平衡 把腳往後勾是一個可行的方式
直上直下的dip 絕對是在殺害你的肩膀
再來談談手肘的開闔

當你身體保持中立之後 手自然往"後"的寬度 就是適合你的寬度

因為這樣的姿勢 會在你身體沉到底部位時 造成一個類似肩外展 的肩外旋傾向
不只讓你做起來更費力 也讓你的旋轉袖套承受體重的壓力

假如你認為 你強肩 那你怎麼做都沒問題 可以忽略這篇
但我會認為你對肩膀有疑慮的話
把握幾個原則
1.下到底位的時候 莫要超伸 讓肱骨保持水平即可
2.雙臂往後延展夾緊 不要往外 保持雙臂平行
3.保持身體前傾 縮小肱骨和身體之間的力矩
我個人是認為 dip是個練三頭的好動作 但對下胸則否
一樣大家參考看看 畢竟 不要相信任何人(?)
