【新豬肉芝士櫛瓜船🛶】
Bigboy 唔係生酮人，但所謂學海無涯，所以間唔屎都會向啲生酮朋友問長問短～今次我呢個小學雞學人煮生酮餐，感覺良好(中二病發作)😎 呢個芝士意大利櫛瓜船簡單易整，番茄＋芝士呢個配搭又實冇死嘅，對於想走 carbs 嘅朋友仔嚟講，呢個櫛瓜船值得一試呀！

意大利櫛瓜(Zucchini，法文叫Courgette) 笨唔係櫛瓜種類，而係屬於南瓜科㗎🎃！而原產地原來又唔係意大利，而係墨西哥！後嚟展轉由美洲傳入意大利，並喺歐洲流行起嚟添，而家知佢乜料啦～

📌 生酮食唔食得洋蔥？網上搵到嘅資訊都好兩極，有人食有人唔食。雖然100g洋蔥有4.2g糖＋4.5g澱粉，但其實洋蔥作為天然嘅食物，當然含有好多其他營養，即使係碳水，每日其實都可以攝取5%嘅～不過唔食嘅拎走都冇問題！
櫛瓜原產於墨西哥，原名為Zucchini（法文中稱之為Courgette），是從南瓜變形栽種而來的瓜果，正式中文名稱應該是「夏南瓜 Summer Squash」。
而真正的「節瓜」其實是指另一種小型冬瓜的變種。
櫛瓜在亞洲其他地區還有西葫蘆、美洲葫蘆、矮南瓜及嫩南瓜等別名。

櫛瓜 Zucchini
英文名zucchini 借取自義大利文的「小南瓜」（義大利文zucca =南瓜），又或courgette （源自法文的南瓜 courge）和baby marrow（marrow則類似冬瓜）．貌似大黃瓜，有黃色、淺綠、深綠和花綠斑等不同顏色，味道與質地也稍有差異。
中文裡最早出現的節瓜（明朝醫學家李時珍在本草綱目就有記載，節瓜味甘，性平，能生津，止渴，解暑濕，健脾胃…），亦有小冬瓜、毛瓜或腿瓜之稱，是葫蘆目葫蘆科冬瓜屬（Benincasa）的變種，普遍種植於廣東、廣西與福建等地，似乎較近似英國英語中的marrow。不過同樣是長得像個葫蘆和大黃瓜般的節瓜，在台灣並不普遍也鮮少人種植，所以不知怎麼地，zucchini這個遠親就順理成章地變成櫛瓜，開始出現在餐廳與市場。
但，zucchini是屬於夏季南瓜（summer squash）的一種，原生於墨西哥一帶，是葫蘆目科葫蘆科南瓜屬（cucurbita pepo）的美洲南瓜，從新世界引進歐洲，並在19世紀才在義大利米蘭改良出的新品種。最早台灣大多仰賴進口，如今已有不少農名在種植，讓產量與價格變得更親民。而秋冬（萬聖節時）出產的南瓜（pumpking）或像是奶油南瓜（butternut squash）和日本種的栗子南瓜（kabocha squash）等，則屬於冬季南瓜（winter squash），通常澱粉和醣類含量較高，口感與風味也與夏季南瓜不同。
新鮮的櫛瓜清爽、低澱粉且含水量高，可以用類似削鉛筆機的食物處理器，刨成像這樣的麵條兒，拌上涼麵醬或者稍微的用橄欖油和蒜末清炒調味。還可以做成湯品、鑲料後焗烤、片薄後灑鹽炭烤、切成薯條狀後撒上起司烘熟、剉成籤後做成小煎餅或起司烘蛋，也可替代義大利麵做成低卡的千層蔬菜麵等。下次在市場看到，不妨也買回家試試身手吧：）

NOTE (This recipe can be adapted for anyone):
- Zucchini is also know as Courgette. In Asia, you may also use Japanese Cucumber, which is very similar to zucchini.
- You may replace the Rye flour to any other flour of your choice: whole-wheat flour, coconut flour etc
- If you are a Vegan, you can replace the eggs with 1/2 cup of dairy-free yoghurt or silken tofu.
- As for the milk, any milk of your choice: dairy milk, almond milk, soya milk, rice milk etc.

All these recipes are packed full of ingredients which are good for your body. Soups can be low in calories, yet they keep you full for a long time.
Try them as your main meal, snack or even as a starter. Having soup prior to a meal has been proven to prevent you from overeating later on.
Tips:
- Buy Goji Berries from Oriental supermarkets instead of 'health stores'. They will cost a lot less!
- If you are a vegetarian or vegan, you can change the chicken stocks to vegetable stocks and omit any meat in the recipe.
- Zucchini is also known as Courgette or Japanese Cucumber in Asia.
- You can choose to make your own chicken stock or buy chicken stock cube that does not contain MSG or high sodium level (check the food label)!
So be wise and make the right choices for your body and your healthy this season. Choose to indulge in Soups! =D
