Please give everyone a big hand. I didn't tell them the full details of what we were going to do that day. They all just showed up on faith. But they worked really hard and with only two hours of training before the competition they were able to do (mostly) perfect backflips. Amazing.

Blue Lagoon in Wales is the perfect place for cliff diving, wild swimming and hiking. Found on the rugged coastline of South Wales near Abereiddy. It is a must travel location in the UK for outdoor and adventure lovers!!

We got up early so as to miss the crowds and got to experience wild swimming and cliff diving in this incredible natural wonder! Once we had done our cliff jumps we hiked up above the lagoon and explored the coastal hiking trail that takes you through scenic Welsh Landscape. We were very lucky with the weather and so got to experience this incredible UK hike in fantastic British Summer weather.
