ユニコーンドーナツ

材料：
■ドーナツ生地
ホットケーキミックス 200g
卵 1個
牛乳 60ml
溶かしバター（無塩） 10g
砂糖 大さじ1
食用色素（赤、緑） 適量

■デコレーション
ホワイトチョコレート（刻む） 100g
バター（無塩、室温に戻す） 50g
粉糖 100g
食用色素（赤、紫、緑） 適量
チョコペン（黒） 適量

作り方：
1.オーブンは180℃に余熱しておく。

2.ドーナツ生地を作る。ボウルに卵、砂糖、牛乳を加えて混ぜる。ホットケーキミックスを加えてダマがなくなるまで混ぜ、溶かしバターを加えてなめらかになるまで混ぜる。

3.(2)を半分に分けて、少量の水で溶かした食用色素を混ぜる。

4.ドーナツ型にバター(分量外)を塗り、(3)を等分に絞り出し、180℃に余熱したオーブンで
10分焼く。焼けたら型から外して粗熱を取る。

5.ボウルにホワイトチョコレートを入れて湯煎で溶かし、(4)の片面を浸ける。浸けた方を上にして固まるまで30分ほど置く。

6.別のボウルにバターを入れて、ハンドミキサーでクリーム状になるまで泡立てる。粉糖を2回に分けて加えてよく混ぜる。食用色素を加えて混ぜ、絞り袋に入れる。

7.(5)の表面に(6)を絞り出し、チョコペンで目を書いたら、完成！

(English Recipe)

Unicorn Donuts
Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS
Dough
1 large egg
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
60 milliliters milk
200 grams pancake mix
10 grams unsalted butter, melted, plus more for greasing
Red food coloring
Green food coloring

For Decorating
Melted white chocolate, for dipping
50 grams unsalted butter, room temprature
100 grams powdered sugar
Red food coloring
Green food coloring
Purple food coloring
Melted milk chocolate

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
2. Make the dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and milk. Add the pancake mix and whisk until smooth; then add the melted butter and whisk to incorporate.
3. Add half of the dough to a separate bowl. Add the red food coloring to one bowl and stir to combine, then add the green food coloring to the other bowl and stir to combine. Transfer the dough to 2 piping bags or zip-top bags with a corner snipped off.
4. Grease a 6-ring donut pan with melted butter. Pipe the dough into the pan, making 3 donuts with the green batter and 3 donuts with the red batter.
5. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
6. Dip the donuts in the melted white chocolate, then let dry for 30 minutes.
7. Make the decorating cream: Add the butter to a medium bowl and beat until creamy. Add the powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
8. Divide the cream between 4 small bowls. Add the red, green, and purple food coloring to each of 3 bowls and mix to incorporate. Transfer the creams to 4 separate piping bags or small zip-top bags. Add the melted milk chocolate to another piping bag.
9. Pipe the cream onto the donuts to look like a unicorn, using the creams for the ears, horn, and flower crown and the melted chocolate for eyes.
10. Enjoy!

【Steps】
1) Mix white, yellow and magenta resin clay in a ratio of about 10: 3: 1
2) When mixed completely, stick around the clock so that the dial is not hidden
※ Because battery replacement etc. becomes impossible, please be careful not to cover the back side of the clock
3) Mix whipped cream and acrylic paint to make chocolate cream
4) After moving to the piping bag, squeeze it around the clock

【手順】
1)樹脂粘土のホワイト、イエロー、マゼンタを10:3:1ほどの割合で混ぜる
2)ムラなく混ざったら、文字盤が隠れないよう時計の周りに貼り付けていく
　※電池の入れ替えなどができなくなってしまうので、時計の裏側に被らないようご注意く　ださい
3)ホイップとアクリル絵の具を混ぜて、チョコクリームを作る
4)絞り袋に移したら、時計の周りに絞っていく
5)クリームの上にデコパーツを乗せて完成！
