✈️ Cathay Dragon, Cathay Pacific's baby airline from Hong Kong Island, newly rebranded from Dragon Air recently, has announced that it's closed for immediate effect because of COVID-19 poisoning. Part of staff will be transferred to work with mother and partially. Will be deprecated. Some of the routes that used to serve will be returned to mother's airline Cathay Pacific as a caretaker.

Cathay Pacific, known as Hong Kong National Airline.
Cargo (Cargo) has airline and cargo route covered in over 60 countries around the world.
So what's good for this airline?
Cathay Pacific awarded excellent airline from Skytrax ranking to 4 years.
Well in July. Fri 2003, 2005, 2009 and 2014
And also Asia's number 3 cargo (cargo) airline.
Just an Emirates Airlines and Qatar Airways
And Hong Kong is the key point of one world trade.
So it makes Cathay Pacific more important as Hong Kong national airline.

Cathay Pacific can't go on
The company must announce the capital increase and negotiate for government to come to aid.
So that Hong Kong government has to inject 120,000 million baht to use to restructure the company.
There are 2 government people going into board management.
I don't know if this will make Cathay Pacific survive this incident.
But all of this makes us see

啟德郵輪碼頭公園正式對外開放，佔地2.3萬平方米，市民可以360度欣賞維港海景，公園每天開放16小時，在九龍灣、觀塘及牛頭角港鐵站有小巴或巴士來往公園。不過，碼頭大樓二樓的商業區，至明年年初才分階段開放。有市民認為交通、配套設施不足以及指示不清晰。
公園位於九龍啟德承豐道33號啟德郵輪碼頭頂層平台，由康樂及文化事務署負責管理，開放時間為每日上午7時至晚上11時。公園內設有多項靜態設施，包括中央草坪、觀景平台、水景花園及噴泉廣場等。公園內有部分設施仍未正式投入服務，例如多能感應地圖、部分飲水機和升降機。不過，碼頭大樓二樓的附屬商業區及相連的公眾長廊，將於明年年初才分階段對外開放。
在公共交通安排方面，九龍專線小巴第86號線將每日（星期一至星期日）來往郵輪碼頭及九龍灣（德福花園），服務時間由上午7時至晚上8時，班次為每12至30分鐘一班，車資五元正（長者、學生及殘疾人士車資為三元正）。
此外，逢星期日及公眾假期，除專線小巴外，九巴會安排一條特別假日路線第5R號線，由上午10時至晚上8時提供往返郵輪碼頭至牛頭角/觀塘港鐵站的服務，班次為每30分鐘一班，車資六元七角。碼頭亦設有的士站及收費私家車泊車設施，方便市民前往。

On public transport arrangements, Kowloon GMB Route No. 86 will be a day ( Monday to Sunday ) and from the cruise terminal and Kowloon Bay ( Telford Gardens ) , the service time from 7:00 to 8:00 pm , at frequencies of 12 to 30 minutes , fare $ 5.00 ( senior citizens , students and people with disabilities fare as triples positive ) .
In addition, on Sundays and public holidays , except for green minibus , KMB will arrange for a special holiday Route No. 5R line from 10:00 to 20:00 and from the cruise terminal to Ngau Tau Kok / Kwun Tong MTR station services a frequency of every 30 minutes , fare $ 6.75 . Terminal also has a taxi stand and charges private car parking facilities to facilitate public access .
