I’ve been cracking my head struggling to write the best comeback caption to greet all of you after having been missing for far too long now, yet I still failed to find a suitable one. This new packaging of D'Laksa Malaysia Steamboat Paste - Asam Laksa flavour is perfect for 5 to 7 pax steamboat portion, but this time I portioned out some of paste to enjoy it with a variety of ways to enjoy my meals with #dlaksamalaysia so I'll never have to eat boring food cos I have #dlaksa with me!

Here's the recipe:
1 x Ikan Merah (red snapper)
Cleaned and marinated overnight with some salt. Salt will keep your fish taste well-seasoned all the way through.

Place the fish on your steamer plate and add the #dlaksa Asam Laksa paste add some water (paste more than water ratio 2:1) then steam it. Agak2 when masak already, you will know, your ancestor will tell you then you can garnish it with lime or garlic oil or onion oil or eat as is! Yumz!

Optional : Can add some onions, garlic, chilli or veggie to your liking to steam together to make it more flavourful. Unless u malas like me just the paste itself also cukup rasa!

Btw I kept the balance paste in a glass bottle and kept in the fridge because apart from steamboat I can make many many other food with the paste!
