Bursa Bull Charge Run 2019
5KM Future Leaders Category.
My 6th Attempt here on this event.

Previous Records
2014 - 2.5km Team Relay - 8:50 min - 🥇
2015 - 5km Future Leaders - 5.01km - 16:58 min - 🥇
2016 - 5km Future Leaders - 4.7km - 15:48 min - 🥇
2017 - 5km Future Leaders - 4.7km - 15:46 min - 🥇
2018 - 5km Future Leaders - 4.7km - 15:51 min - 🥇
2019 - 5km Future Leaders - New Course - 1X:XX min - ?

Gunning for my 6th Consecutive Wins today at 2pm later. Weather is good, hot ☀️ and sunny 🌤️. Gonna be a challenging weather to run even though it's just a 5km run.

A young and dedicated athlete studied Sport Science Major in Exercise in University Malaya. Born in the year of 1994, 28th of September in Malaysia. Started his running career in the mid of 18 years old which is in the year 2012. First 10k timing were 55 minutes. And within a year of his running career, he managed to achieve Sub 40 for 10km. Now, his personal best for 5k - 16:04, 5,000m - 16:13 and 10k - 33:26, 10,000m - 35:16 minutes. Aiming to hit 5k - Sub 16 min by year 2017. His first Half Marathon timing were 1:44:51 which He did it without a proper training and is just 3 months right after he started running. In year of 2015, 1st of Feb, He managed to hit a 1:23:59 for Half Marathon with the 7 weeks Training Program. In Year 2017, he also won the Second Overall and Best Malaysian in KL Tower International Towerthon Challenge. With this achievement, it kick start his journey to participate in Vertical World Circuit. He represented Malaysia to Beijing Vertical Run as Elite Category and won 5th placing in his first vertical world circuit. He going to Shanghai, Osaka and Hong Kong for the last three vertical world circuit. Currently supported and sponsored by Garmin Malaysia, World of Sports - Mizuno, NulivScience US (Actigin), High 5 Sports Nutrition Malaysia, Lifeline ID, Beet It Sports Malaysia. He is looking for corporate to provide financial support to him to cover his expenses in joining the vertical world circuit.

Bursa Bull Charge Run 2018!
Came back Overall First for the second consecutive years with the time of 15:51 min! Great run as there are a lots of supporters throughout the 5km (4.7km to be exact). Enjoy the race, running side by side with @asicsmalaysia Teammate @jymowyong . It's a tough race as we exchange the lead a few times during the first 4km. Good fight! I can see that you have a strong base speed despite training for Marathon! Hats off to you. Asics came back Overall Top 2!
Congratulations to all the BBC Runners completed the race despite the heavy downpour that postponed the race for 20-30 minutes delay for our flag off. Thankfully the race is on and everyone enjoy the race, running under light rain.
Also happy to see @im.ok.man came ran under MITI Department. Happy to see minister came and run, be the role model to encourage more office worker to start running! He did a 1.5km CEO run and follow with a 5km run with us.
Thanks to Dirigo Team, @rainer_biemans @gloria_nglp and the team. Did a wonderful job and well organized race even under raining weather. Also thanks to @kelvin.ngch and Julie Wong and @karenlohkh and Roy for always be there to support the race. Happy to collect 5 Gold Medals since 2014 till 2018. Represent @unimalaya throughout this 5 years. Next year probably will be in Corporate category.

Bursa Bull Charge 2015 !
5km Youth Executive / University Individual Category.
Flag off at 3.20pm in front of Bursa Malaysia building. Run a big round around Kuala Lumpur under the hot weather. Phew.
Thanks Raymond Ng, Kelvin Ng who shout for me when I am running.
Ranking : 1st placing. Fastest overall.
So happy to achieve my PB under this kind of weather with the time of 16:57 min official results. My first Sub 17 min for 5km on route.
FR225 GPS showed a 5.01km.
