Unlike @whiterabbitmoscow where there's light, wonderment and opulence in open spaces and people are encouraged to enjoy their own company. The @chefstablemoscow spin-off, located in the same mall, is dark, intimate and cosy. With less than 25 seats which encircle the oblong Chef's table, diners are encouraged to interact with their unfamiliar neighbours in a bunker-like environment. Chef's Table is the private "stage" of Chef Vladimir Mukhin, a stage where the chef is free to express his vision through a winding gastronomical journey. Not everything is traditionally delicious, you're not always going to feel comfortable, you will be faced with scenes, people and flavours which challenge your typical dining experience... but that's the whole point.
