They travel throughout the Heavens and the Four Seas, with longevity like that of bronze and stone to protect the country. The mooncakes from East Ocean is indeed a delicacy. I felt a poetic sense after consuming them, thus the reason for the poem as a gratitude to my disciples as well as to the chef who made the mooncakes.

東海月餅久負盛名，那天門生提前賜於吾，就...那麼一小個東海冰皮月餅。小是小了點，可一口咬下，oh my Buddha，冰皮的清香，蓮容餡的甜美味道，各顯其美，整個食盡後，不但齒縫留香，且口腔中佳味持久。
