I couldn't even believe a chunk of my tooth came out! Guess this is what you get for not going to the dentist this year ?
Had a coffee with 2 of my Flyproject Colleagues and chatted about the Flycycle Virtual Classes and how this will probably be the new normal from now on.
Then went to see another 2 friends - who are also my ex-colleagues from Mindflux - for a birthday catch up session.
And then back home in time for my MCO1000 workout:

Had to go into Kuala Lumpur city to shop and thought I'd show you what the city looks like under lockdown. Re-uploaded this video because it was missing sound. woops
We're into the 4th day of lockdown in Malaysia but it seems as though a lot of the travel restrictions and movement restrictions are being lifted. Never the less, still trying to stay as safe as possible throughout this time.
Full body at home Workout of MCO1000 Day 2 consisted of:
1. Step Kicks
2. Paddle Crunches
3. Hip Rockers
4. Plank Jacks
5. Supermans
6. Tricep Dips
7. Log Jumps
8. Ankle Reaches
9. Basic Squats
10. Shoulder Taps
Full workout is on my IGTV if you want to follow along for the whole thing. 5 sets of 10 moves for 10 reps! 1000 repetitions in total. Every evening at 6pm KL time. Come sweat with us!

First day of lockdown workouts from home during the MCO, Movement Control Order! Trying to stay healthy and stay sane while being cooped up at home.
Also showing you guys a little behind the scenes of my day to day life working on Community Sourdough and balancing that into my life. We've been making Sourdough bread for about a year now, but the business really took off during the last lockdown. And we've continued doing it ever since.
Today's Full body workout consisted of:
Squat Jacks
Plank Steps
Glute Bridges
Basic Crunches
Lunges
Plank Climbers
Skiers
Push Ups
Flutter Kicks
Lunge to Kicks
We don't use any equipment for this workout. Everything is done on the ground and using our own body weight. Its a workout for your arms, core workout, glutes and legs workout. Everything gets targeted.
