這一篇文章我要和大家分享一下我這兩個月的求職心得。
我必須說，我和普通人一樣，在面對人生的轉捩點，進入社會、面對職場的時候，心裡
同樣承受著相當大的壓力；
1.我覺得自己根本還沒準備好
2.資訊爆炸的時代，到底哪個才是我要的？適合我的？
3.Fuxk! 我想做自己想做的事，我不想被綁住。
當了一年的消防替代役，我覺得自己完全沒有長進甚至退步了，感覺已經忘記原本在
新創體系底下求新求變的積極度，做事情的速度變慢了，好像沒有辦法獨立完成一項專案。
在退伍前我參加了一個專案計畫，是由一群對資料、資訊、統計、社工充滿熱情的夥伴
所組成的，我以為自己會寫一些R語言能夠對專案貢獻一點什麼，但沒想到，在裡面我覺
得自己像一個廢物一樣，每個人都是 God Like ，只有我想破腦袋也不知道能夠提供什麼
，再度加深了自信心的潰敗感。
凡事起頭難，我花了大約三天的時間坐在位置上好好的想，就只有中餐、晚餐、健身，
其他的時間我都坐在位置上，關於未來這件事我覺得永遠想不清楚，但你會有一個你想要
成就的目標，一位我很崇拜的創業家朋友曾經分享：
「未來一年的自己“容易預知“，因為你可以用很短的決定跟努力就看見，
而三年後的自己“需要預知“，因為你需要透過堅持努力才能成為你想成為的
目標，這些都是累積的。試著將眼光和目標放在遠一點的將來，不是放棄成就感導向的人
格，而是更專注的自我成長。」
接下來我將分享自己在找工作的一些策略和方法。
首先我列出幾個關鍵字，新創、數據、未來趨勢、中型企業（超過40人），根
據這幾個關鍵字去連結相關的產業、職務、內容，在網路的世界中，什麼東西都可以找得
到，但相對於來講，搜尋成本變得非常高，所以我會設定一個底線（大約兩天吧）我就會
停止搜尋，根據原本找尋到的資料，以此為架構去修改履歷、自傳等，當收到面試通知時
，再依據原先所收集的資料繼續擴編，最後就是充滿自信心的上戰場了。
行動支付 – Garena愛貝錢包
這是第一個我所研究的產業，眾所皆知在中國的微信支付、支付寶等，早就可以體驗一整
天無紙化、無錢包的生活，在台灣，雖然進展得比較慢，但可以預見的是各家廠商都想在
這紅海市場立下自己的里程碑，使用者資料、金流、電商線上支付、P2P借貸等等，所有
業者要在這百家爭鳴的時代運用各種方式獲取最多的使用者，於是我的手機我下載了滿滿
的APP，街口支付、愛貝錢包、橘子支、歐付寶、GOMAJI PAY、Pi行動錢包、智付寶、
INSTO，目前在台灣的電子錢包大約可以分成三個類別（見下圖）
台灣總共只有發出五張電子支付的執照，分別是：歐付寶、橘子支付、國際連、智付寶
、台灣支付，但我不得不說這幾家現在都表現得不怎麼樣，其實這時候應該要有一個心態
，進到這家表現不怎麼樣的公司，然後帶領著它起飛，這就是你的成績。
我覺得除了各家支付廠商提供的優惠可以吸引使用者之外，更重要的是APP的UI/UX設計，
如果相關的優惠都沒有差太多，支付的流程就變得非常重要，在哪一個動作的轉換最容易
使得使用者跳出，優化使用者體驗能更深加黏著度，雖然我搜尋了這麼多資料但我連面試
通知都沒有收到，不過我其實還蠻滿足的，藉此我獲得了很多知識和未來產業的趨勢。蝦
皮拍賣今年在台灣砸錢刮起一個炫風，現在他獲取了大量的使用者名單，下一步他的愛貝
錢包即將在台灣刮起另一波補貼大戰。
直播產業 – LIVEhouse.in
2016年Youtube、Facebook都推出個人直播，而在台灣則有浪、Live、meme、17等直播平台
，曾經有一位Bartender跟我說：「現在的夜店都不好玩了，人愈來愈少，以前一個月
前就要訂包廂，現在可能前一天訂都還有」「現在的正妹、藝人、小模都在家開直播賺錢
，根本沒有妹要出門」原來一個技術的發展，可以如此嚴重的影響到另一個經濟板塊。
隨著直播的成本愈來愈低，任何品牌和活動都可以使用這項技術來做另一個行銷項目，所
以我選擇了一家提供B2B服務的直播軍火商 – Livehouse.in，他和一般B2C的直播平台不
一樣，不需要培養網紅、KOL、小模，他提供多平台的穩定連線直播如：Facebook、
Youtube等，除此之外他也提供直播內容企劃、攝影棚、直播技術串接給需要的企業，
是一家擁有技術、內容、代理的公司。
這一次我成功地獲得了面試的機會，面試的內容包含以下項目：
1. 性格測驗 （10 min）+英文測驗 （20 min）
2.自我介紹 (含以前工作經歷）（ 10 min）
3. 連結是我們跨平台直播整合行銷的服務內容，請分享您對於我們
「跨平台直播整合行銷」部分，在服務面是否覺得什麼可以增進 / 改善或是增加附加價
值的地方
4. 請針對以下兩個企劃做個簡單規劃（15 min）
＃企劃 1：
針對任一種女性向產品(如:彩妝、衣服)設計一檔 60 分鐘直播互動節目
＃企劃 2：
針對任一款遊戲做一檔 60 分鐘的線上直播互動節目
以上兩個企劃都要協助客戶達成以下KPI:
1. 產品服務頁面點擊次數
2. 加入產品服務會員人次
3. 直播觀看人次及停留時間
我必須說，我覺得自己在簡報方面準備的蠻屌的，但在career path, confidence,
plan in future這部分自己完全沒有想清楚，算是還卡在一個困頓的迷惑中，他問的問題
我連自己說出來的答案都無法說服自己，幾天後我就收到拒絕信了。
最後我其實有一個疑惑，當直播成為一個常態，網路的穩定度沒有影響，行銷整合公司、
活動公司、媒體代理商都可以做出更屌更棒的內容直播企劃時，Livehouse.in要做出什麼
樣的差異化？跟那些比你擁有更多經驗、更龐大的團隊去比內容製作？創辦人鄭先生的答
案我覺得他也沒有想的很清楚。
數位媒體廣告投放 –（CLICKFORCE, AsiaPac, urAD, Ad2）
這是一個入門門檻相對較低的產業，我總共獲得了四家面試公司的機會，在2016年媒體廣
告出現第一次的黃金交叉，數位媒體投放的金額首度超越電視媒體，也因為數位媒體只需
要較低的金額即可製作及投放，不像是電視媒體動輒數十萬、數百萬，因此產業界充斥著
各式各樣不同的大小的公司，且每家公司都有在擴編的趨勢，在求職網上可以看出目前非
常的缺人，而且在裡面的人似乎也待不太久，高工時、低薪水，在半夜或假日需要隨著客
戶的需求做廣告上面的調整，感覺起來超靠北操的。
我總共面試了四家公司，其中三家是本土企業，一家是香港企業，每一家幾乎都宣稱自己
擁有強大的數據背景以及精準的廣告投放能力，運用大數據分析、AI人工智慧、
Google Doubleclick等技術來做投放，每一家企業都有自己主打的廣告投放特色，其中比
較特別的一家是專注於做內容原生廣告行銷，以有趣、創意互動式的行動廣告為主。目前
已經收到三家公司的offer。
最後我選擇待在數位媒體廣告產業，我期許自己可以在此培養到業務、行銷、品牌、
數據的能力，雖然我沒有強大的技術背景，但我希望以此培養我對外關係管理的能力
，未來有機會能夠重拾原本的初衷，創造一個屬於自己的世界，做出對於世界和社會有價
值有影嚮力的事情，在人生的路途上能夠留下一點什麼。
其實我沒有覺得什麼東西是真正最適合自己的，就如上述我所規劃的，期許自己未來可以
獲得什麼樣子的技能，但這一路上充滿著太多的假設，任何一個假設出了差錯，就可能出
現完全不同想像的結果，只能不斷的反省、自省、調整、設定，想像自己未來生活的樣子
。
