The Way to Good Success
“This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it; for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.” (Joshua 1:8 WEB)
Early on in my journey as a believer, the Holy Spirit gave me a revelation from the verse above.
As I was reading it, He showed me that good success is a type of success that bring good to all areas of your life without any negative side effects.
For example, if you are single-minded in pursuing wealth, you will end up fatigued, unhealthy, age quickly, and miss out on important moments with family. This type of financial success is not considered “good success” because you gain in one area but lose greatly in other areas.
“For bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things, having the promise of the life which is now, and of that which is to come. This saying is faithful and worthy of all acceptance.” (1 Timothy 4:8-9 WEB)
Receiving God’s word (specifically what is applicable for us under the New Covenant of Grace”) everyday has value in all things. It benefits you in the life now, and in the eternal age that is to come.
If you want good success, then you must meditate on God’s word and apply it in your life. This is the best use of your time because with one action, you cause all areas of your life to prosper and become fruitful.
The process is not complete without speaking forth the Word. The best would be if you can pray in tongues. Faith is believing and speaking so meditate and pray.
Instead of using a watering can to water one plant at a time, it is like you are pouring into an irrigation system that diverts the water to reach the whole garden!
“There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, and it is heavy on men: a man to whom God gives riches, wealth, and honor, so that he lacks nothing for his soul of all that he desires, yet God gives him no power to eat of it, but an alien eats it. This is vanity, and it is an evil disease.” (Ecclesiastes 6:1-2 WEB)
I pray that you be wise so that you have the power to enjoy every good thing in your life. By ensuring that the garden of your life is well-watered with God’s word, you will possess the grace to eat the fruits from the harvest!

Look Away from the Wait
“He said, “God’s Kingdom is as if a man should cast seed on the earth, and should sleep and rise night and day, and the seed should spring up and grow, he doesn’t know how. For the earth bears fruit: first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. But when the fruit is ripe, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”” (Mark 4:26-29 WEB)
Have you ever tried an exercise called “wall squats”? You basically lean your back against a wall, and bend your knees until you are squatting with your legs in a right angle bend.
Amilee and I do this exercise often now as part of our workout routine.
I notice how the ‘burn’ from this exercise is much more torturous when I stare at the countdown timer (we squat for a minute at the end of our workout). However if I distract myself by reading things, observing my surroundings, or looking at Mae playing in the living room, the one minute passes by easily. If I can hold my smartphone while squatting, I think I can last for many minutes.
When we are obsessing over the wait, it can be very painful. Time seems to crawl at a snail’s pace, and the frustration builds quickly.
God likes ways of progress that we cannot comprehend. That way, we cannot claim the glory, and we won’t be able to obsess over the waiting period.
In the passage above, the man sleeps and rises night and day, going on with his daily life, but the seed is still growing and eventually it bears fruit.
As long as you are receiving the good seeds of God’s word, you can be sure that a harvest is on the horizon.
Obsessing over the waiting process is painful, so just focus on Jesus and enjoy God’s word in the meantime. God is working on your life, even if the progress is not obvious.
You may not understand how your problems or troubles can be resolved, but God is wise and able to turn your situation around easily.
A prolonged waiting period is not wasted time when you have been growing in God’s word.
God can restore you for all those barren years in one fell swoop. One moment of His favor can accomplish more than a lifetime of labor.
Harvest time is coming for sure, so praise God and use your waiting time to do what really matters: receiving the precious treasure of His wisdom and sharing the Gospel to win souls, in the way that the Holy Spirit leads you.
Stay joyful in the Lord, and be filled with His shalom peace. Have a blessed week ahead!

.月經不規律
無論是月經延遲、月經期變短、月經量減少、間斷性閉經甚至月經不來,都視之為月經不規律。
.未能自然成孕
夫婦在連續12個月內沒有採取任何避孕措施仍未能懷孕。
.生殖器官變化
陰道乾燥、性交疼痛及困難、白帶色黃有異味等。
.提早出現更年期症狀
中醫理論認為婦女一般在49歲左右月經終止,如果在40歲前出現潮熱、盜汗、失眠、心神不寧、腰痠、口乾、情緒激動等症狀,可能屬卵巢早衰。
卵巢早衰成因眾多,一般與遺傳、感染、壓力、飲食習慣有關,而中醫理論認為腎精不足的人較容易出現卵巢早衰,因為腎精是促進生殖機能成熟的基本要素,平日可適量食用補腎食材包括黑豆、核桃、栗子、桑椹、桑寄生等,少吃生冷食物,更要注意適度減壓、避免熬夜、做適量運動。如果你有以上症狀,宜諮詢註冊中醫師根據體質予以調養,有助早日成孕。

Four warning signs of premature ovarian aging
Many women would opt for AMH (Anti-mullerian Hormone) test when they have difficulty conceiving. AMH can estimate a woman's total egg count, and this allows doctors to customize a conception plan for her.
The lower the AMH readings, the lower the egg count in a woman’s ovaries. Nonetheless, AMH is just a measurement of quantity but not quality. If you develop the below symptoms, please beware of premature ovarian aging, as it would further complicate your pregnancy plan:
.Irregular period
Delayed menstruation, period shortened, low volume of menstrual blood, or absence of menstruation (amenorrhea) are all symptoms of irregular period.
.Unable to conceive naturally
Couples fail to conceive a birth after having 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse.
.Changes in the sexual organ
Dry vagina, persistent genital pain during or after intercourse, yellowish vaginal discharge accompanied by an unpleasant smell.
.Premature menopause symptoms
Chinese physicians believe women would experience menopause around the age of 49. If anyone, before the age of 40, experiences hot flash, excessive sweating, insomnia, anxiety, soreness on the waist, dry mouth, and highly emotional, she could be experiencing premature ovarian aging.
Premature ovarian aging is caused by many factors such as hereditary, infection, stress, and dietary habits. According to Chinese Medicine theories, individuals with the lack of essence in the kidney would experience premature ovarian aging, because the said essence improves health of reproductive organs.
Try incorporating black bean, walnut, chestnut, mulberry, and mulberry mistletoe stem into your regular diet. Avoid eating raw and cold food, and at the same time, relieve stress when necessary, avoid sleeping late, and exercise regularly. If you exhibit the symptoms above, consult registered and licensed Chinese practitioners, so that they can customize a treatment plan based on your body condition to improve your chances of conception.

Hello! I hope all of you are well and healthy.
In this episode, I share my experience in keeping productivity in check while working from home. I have decided to work full time on my YouTube channel since 2020, therefore I am working home editing videos. Only occasionally I need to get out to do some filming.
Given the current covid 19 situation, I am guessing almost everyone are required to stay at home and quarantine themselves. There is no exception in Malaysia as well; we are in more than 14 days of movement control order (stay at home, quarantine).
Many of us who are lucky enough to keep their jobs work from home; while freelance creatives have most if not all of their bookings postponed or cancelled.
Regardless of the situation, in my opinion working from home requires more discipline than in an office space. Distractions, such as phone notifications, TV, food, and whatnot, are all within reach. I shared how I keep my distractions in check.
I also share how I schedule my day in time blocks. Using this method allows me to get a larger perspective on my productivity schedule. Minus the daily necessities such as food, sleep, exercise, I have about 6-8 hours a day of actual working time. Given my ambition to do more, e.g. managing an e-commerce business, produce 2-3 YouTube videos weekly, managing a microstock business, and etc I find that 6-8 hours a day is not adequate. Therefore, minimising distractions and stay focused in these time blocks is very important.
I also share my experience in working from home with a full working desk and chair set up instead of working on a couch or bed.
