D3賽程於南極時間11月23日早上9點起跑。（台灣時間晚間8點）
今日賽道移動到天堂灣Paradise Bay, 位於南極洲的主要陸地。目前天候正下著雪，溫度很低、極冷，今天比賽時間預計為10個小時，希望一切順利！
目前排名第一的前特種部隊美國選手Kyle表示，南極真的是超出想像的難跑，每一步都要用盡全力，雖辛苦但也很享受。除了天候地形讓他害怕以外，來自亞洲的"台灣虎" Tommy更是他心中的勁敵。
能讓身為美軍老將、駐軍阿富汗參與四次戰事的選手，視為可敬對手，彥博的確非等閒之輩。

STAGE 3: BREAKING NEWS 2

The expedition ship arrived at Paradise Bay on the Antarctic mainland during the night and anchored close to the location for Stage 3 early this morning. It is snowing here and the temperature is below freezing.
The plan is to start Stage 3 at 09:00 local time (in one hour) and have a another long day - possible another 10 hours.
The leader, Kyle McCoy has already completed 148.2km with Tommy Chen right behind him on 144.2kms.
Some words from Kyle to given an idea of how he is feeling "Antarctica gives you nothing easy. . . this place makes you earn every step. It’s a beautifully brutal place. Stage 1 was a 57 mile runner’s high - I don’t think I’ve ever had such a fun day running. But more than anything I fear Tommy “The Taiwanese Tiger” Chen (my nickname for him)." Kyle is a veteran of the US Army - with four deployments to Afghanistan - when things are tough "I think about what an old crusty Army Ranger instructor used to say: 'Embrace the suck'".
