Julia 吳卓源《5am》第二首主打〈Things Things Things〉，揭露新世代在創造獨特價值時，卻不被認同的內在。歌名〈Things Things Things〉便表明「我有很多招、不隨風起舞」的態度，每個靈魂都有值得探索的一面，不需被統一標準束縛。音樂部分由製作人 terrytyelee 精心操刀，曲風加入華語少見的 Reggaeton 動感節奏，與 Julia 靈魂聲線完美結合，更呈現一種率性不羈的灑脫。

MV由輾轉影像新銳導演黃毅展執導，除了精準的畫面以外，導演精心埋藏了許多畫面隱喻主題，留給觀眾解讀。

為突破自我，Julia 亦特地邀請舞蹈團隊MoveOn Dance Fusion編舞，ＭＶ裡展現不同於過往的態度，再再顯示Julia 持續提升進化的企圖心。
