Did a new Personal Record today on squats. 110kg @ body weight 58kg. I was aiming to just hit 100kg because it was always a dream to hit 2 plates but my spotter (Saraa) motivated me to just increase just a little. I never would have thought i would reach here. It's light for some people but let me explain. I have been training legs twice a week make my knee stronger. I have an permanent ACL problem with both of my knees thats why i am wearing 2 knee support and compression pants, i couldn't take the risk to injured my knees. I suffer a knee problem called Osgood Schlatters disease, according to the Chiropractor. My main point is don't give up. Everyone has their own pace of getting there. Not everyone is born with the awesome and perfect genetics. Work smart. Don't over do it. Take it slow. Better to be safe than sorry. Hope my experience can help those who suffers with permanent injuries. P/s Thanks Saraa for spotting me and @dennisyin for video taping. This really made my day and made all my leg training worth it. #AchievementUnlocked #squats #motivation #fitness #idontskiplegday #atyourownpace #krikitup
