富山ブラックを味わいに！富山県富山市『西町大喜とやマルシェ店』に伺いました。「西町大喜」は昭和22年創業の老舗ラーメン店で、のちに全国的に有名になるご当地ラーメン“富山ブラック”をはじめたお店です。富山ブラックとは、元々肉体労働や運動後の塩分補給とご飯と食べることを意識して作られており、醤油で塩辛く味付けられたラーメンです。その名の通り醤油と大量の黒胡椒の色味が特徴。その昔はお客がセルフで店にご飯を持ち込んでいたそうですよ。強烈な個性を放つ“富山ブラック”。今回は富山駅にある立ち寄りやすいお店で頂きました。始まりの味を早速頂きに参ります！

To taste Toyama Black! We visited "Nishimachi Daiki Toya Marche Store" in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. "Nishimachi Daiki" is a long-established ramen shop founded in 1947, and started with the local ramen "Toyama Black" that later became famous nationwide. Toyama Black is a ramen that was originally made with the intention of eating with rice and salt supplementation after physical labor and exercise, and is seasoned with salty soy sauce. As the name suggests, it is characterized by the color of soy sauce and a large amount of black pepper. In the old days, customers used to bring their own rice to the store. "Toyama Black" gives off a strong personality. This time, I had it at a shop at Toyama station that was easy to stop by. I will come to have the taste of the beginning immediately!

As the name suggests, it features soy sauce and a large amount of black pepper. In the olden days, customers brought rice to the store, so it seems that rice is not placed here, which is the birthplace of the tradition. "Toyama Black" that gives off a strong personality, I will come to have the taste of the beginning immediately!
