【Ingredients】 4 servings
200g thinly sliced pork loin
10 pieces Snap peas
2 Potatoes
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
For Seasonings
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp SAKE
2 tbsp MIRIN
【Directions】
①Peel the potatoes and cut into 3-4 pieces.
②Cut the onions,tomatoes into wedges.
③In a Large Pot, Stir-fry the Pork with Vegetable oil . Add Potato, Onion and Stir-fry until translucent at the potato edges.
④Add the tomatoes and SAKE.
⑤Add Soy sauce, MIRIN. Simmer for about 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
⑥Once the potatoes have become soft and the liquid has evaporated, stop the heat. Add the Snap peas.
⑦Turn the heat off and leave for a while to let the flavors penetrate.
NIKUJAGA tastes better the next day too!

【材料】約4人分
豚ロース、豚バラなど 200g
スナップエンドウ 10本
じゃがいも(大) 2つ
玉ねぎ 1つ
トマト(大) 2つ
調味料
サラダ油 大さじ 1
醤油 大さじ 3
酒 大さじ 2
みりん 大さじ 2
【作り方】
①じゃがいもは皮を剥き、大き目一口大に切る。
②玉ねぎ、トマトはくし形に切る。
③土鍋に油を入れて火をつけ、豚肉を炒め、玉ねぎ、じゃがいもを加えて炒め合わせお芋の端がやや透き通り油が全体にまわればOk
④ここに、トマトと酒を加える。
⑤煮立ったら、醤油、みりんを加えて中火で20分ほど煮る。
(冷凍のトマトを使う場合は煮込む時間がもう少しかかります)
***トマトは、今回はセール品のトマトを冷凍したものを使っています。冷凍庫から出したトマトは水にくぐらせると、するんと皮が取れますので、皮はのぞいておきます。
冷凍ではないものを使う時はそのままトマトを切って加えるか、十字に切り込みを入れてお湯をくぐらせて皮を取ってから使います
⑥お芋が柔らかく煮え煮汁が減ったら火を止め、スナップえんどうを加える。
⑦そのまましばらく置いて味を含ませ出来上がり!

2 Egg yolks
Sugar 20g (for the egg yolks)
2 Egg whites
Sugar 45g (for the egg whites)
Cake Flour 50g
Cornstarch 8g
Icing sugar for dusting
►Coffee Syrup:
Instant Coffee Powder 8g
Sugar 15g
Hot Water 120ml
►Tiramisu Filling aka Mascarpone Cheese Cream:
2 Egg yolks
Sugar 40g
Water 40ml
Mascarpone Cheese 250g
Whipping Cream 100g
Cocoa Powder for dusting
